Stunting is a serious nutritional problem in Indonesia, especially in rural areas such as Pangalengan Village. This condition is caused by the lack of adequate nutritional intake in children, especially those under the age of five. Efforts to prevent stunting can be done through the provision of nutritious foods that children like including complementary foods (MP-ASI). Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera), which are rich in nutrients such as protein, calcium, and iron, have the potential as an ingredient in complementary foods to help reduce stunting. This study developed moringa leaf pudding as a nutritious complementary food that is favored by toddlers. The results showed that moringa pudding is rich in nutrients and accepted by children. This innovation can be an effective solution in reducing stunting. The nutritional content of moringa pudding per pieces is 39.36 kcal, protein 1,495 grams, carbohydrates 7.3515 grams, fat 0.41 grams.
